On 27 January 1951, conducted nuclear tests in Nevada, involving nuclear with a one-kiloton explosive power and placed in a foundation called Frechman Flat. Nevada Test Site (NTS), which now is a national security site owned by United States Department of Energy, which is located around 65 miles (105 km) northwest of the city of Las Vegas. established on 11 January 1951, and is a infrastructure for the testing of nuclear devices.
